With Tony Pinkolic at the Harrison Avenue Targeted Investment Neighborhood (TIN) meeting. The TIN is a program in which the city of Milwaukee focuses funds and resources in a small area (6-12 blocks) for approximately three years. The goal of the program is to support and encourage homeownership and responsible landlords and to improve the safety and appearance of the neighborhood. Homeowners who use the program can make common household repairs and updates with zero per cent interest and forgivable loans. The boundaries for this TIN are Arthur Avenue on the north, 6th Street to the east, Cleveland to the south and 10th Street to the West. Anyone living in this area who is interested in this program should contact me for more information.
