There are those that expressed a desire for water at the Bay/Lincoln Dog Park. As a result County Supervisor Marina Dimitrijevic and myself have completed some preliminary work.
We just got word that according to the paper plans there should be water access to this area. The city is working to locate the water access but it is probably buried. Next week they should be able to find the water access. This is very good news because if we had to start from scratch the capital costs for water access would be considerably greater.
It should however be noted that we will have to identify a source of ongoing funding to pay for the water.
Marina and I will keep you posted.
